The Challenge:

To Identify and mitigate risks related to social-economic challenges in Northern Ireland and the United States and promote a belief in tolerance within Irish and American teens.

The CFP Solution:

We leverage more that 10 years of direct experience in dealing with social issues - both domestically and in Ireland - a group supremely talented and engaged volunteers - sponsors and donors - and a dedication to helping young people become solid, functioning adults to:
-   Establish a network of individuals in Northern Ireland and Kansas City to                          facilitate and promote peace and understanding among the youth in the                                  respective communities.
     -  Establish ongoing Programs to keep participants actively involved for many years.
     -  Effectively work through the Northern Ireland and Kansas City coordinators to                     ensure that the Program is "fresh", running in an effective and efficient way and                    addressing the needs of the focus group.
     - Work together with American and Irish fundraising, to raise an additional                               $105,000 for the year 2010.
